**Job description**

We are seeking experienced CNC Machine Operator to start immediately in Mississauga, ON area at one of our facility. Applicants should be highly organized, energetic individual and looking to work long term.
- Operate, change and set-up any and/all ordinary and CNC Lathe, processing, drill press and different machines, devices to cut or crush metal or different materials to make or adjust parts or items with exact measurements.
- Verify settings by estimating positions, first-run part, and test work pieces
- Maintain details by watching drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements;
- Detect glitches; modifying and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn devices; holding fast to quality affirmation strategies and procedures
- Fit and amass components and machine parts to close tolerance
- Verify measurements of machined devices and parts utilizing exactness estimating instruments
- Use exactness estimating instruments or hardware, for example, micrometers, checks, calipers, and so on.
- Distinguish color. Use hand or power devices. Knowledge of metric and supreme framework. Examine items or work to confirm conformance to drawings and determinations. Follow process control systems
- Read and get drawings, plans, structures, outlines, specialized information, graphs and tables. Read and comprehend fabricating plots for all items
- Read work request, directions, equations or preparing diagrams
- In-process item testing. Record test results, test techniques or investigation information.
- Maintain generation or potentially work records. Maintain equipment by adhering to directions
- Document and report deviations from drawings, outlines, details and resistances
- Ensure generation plans are meet consistently
- All work to be performed inside dispensed time
- Adherence to all approaches and methods
- Use perilous materials data

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
