**Overview**

**Duties**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout requirements.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
- Utilize power tools and welding equipment safely and effectively for various tasks.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and HVAC technicians, to ensure comprehensive project completion.
- Conduct heavy lifting as necessary for transporting materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role within the construction or maintenance industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately.
- Familiarity with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to read schematics and technical documents related to plumbing systems.
- Experience with welding techniques is a plus.
- Must be physically fit to handle heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or kneeling.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
