**Permanent Part time CDA position**

Our office is looking to add an experienced Certified Dental Assistant to our fabulous team in downtown Nanaimo. This is a permanent part time position for three days a week.

This is a CDA position for someone who enjoys being part of a team and working with more than one dentist.

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting the dentist with procedures while keeping patients comfortable
- Assisting patients to complete all necessary forms and documents
- Entering patient information and accurate procedure notes into the patient chart in Dentrix
- Managing Sterilization system which includes organizing and cleaning instruments

Proof of Certification: Certified Dental Assistant certificate required. Our competitive wages are based on experience.

Pay: From $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
