Office Clerk 2 Landing Trail

Landing Trail School, located in Gibbons, has a student population of approximately 400 students, with approximately 80 students accessing non-denominational Christian faith based (LOGOS) programming. From preschool to grade 4, Landing Trail School offers dynamic and well-rounded programming to support and nurture students’ development to prepare them for a bright future.
**FTE**:0.5 FTE; 7 hrs/day on Monday and Tuesday and 3.5 hrs in the morning on Wednesday
The hourly rate is $18.82 - $23.57 as per the CUPE Collective Agreement.
**Qualification & Attributes**:
- Energetic/enthusiastic
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to multi-task and work in an environment where there are multiple unplanned interruptions
**Educational/Professional Requirements**:
- High School Diploma, supplemented with an Office Clerk Certificate (or similar) plus 1 year experience working in an office environment
- Administrative Assistant Certificate would be an asset
- Power School experience is an asset
- Experience with MS Office, Google Suite, Website Management and troubleshooting media communication/TV systems and Social media management experience is an asset
- First Aid would be an asset
