The Junior Project Manager's primary responsibility is to manage the various forms of projects with a focus on expediting and work towards improving, implementing, and integrating new products and processes within existing framework. The successful incumbent will have a proven ability to manage projects on time, on budget, to the specifications set out by the stakeholders and is working to continually innovate.

**Education, Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 5 years Project Management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with pumps and rotating equipment an asset
- Experience in expediting
- Mechanical Engineering Degree or Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects with a close attention to detail
- Ability to manage complex novel projects and have skillset necessary to ensure successful outcome
- Ability to work with various stakeholders/disciplines and execute work such that all items are integrated and controlled

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all aspects of projects: including customer service, project management, overseeing of engineering design and ensuring successful execution, process development, manufacturing optimization, inventory development and management, configuration control, R&D, etc.
- Development and implementation of processes to support project execution.
- Working with other departments; execute continuous improvement initiatives to improve the processes.
- Works independently and with teams of varying disciplines.
- Responsible for quoting as required, scheduling, and project execution.
- Co-ordinate design review activities.
- Co-ordination of purchasing, expediting, subcontractor(s), inspection and sign-off.
- Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations and facilitate the development of customer reports.
- Address field issues, assess warranty claims, initiate and document.
- Responsible for cost controls and reporting of assigned projects.
- Ensure timely completion of entire process.
- Liaise with all stakeholders on projects (status, requirements, specifications, issues, etc.)
- All other job duties as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
