A day in the life
A day in the life of a Product Advisor revolves around delivering exceptional customer service, guiding guests through the vehicle selection process, and staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. From greeting customers and conducting needs assessments to facilitating test drives, negotiations, and financing options, they ensure a seamless buying experience. Beyond the sale, they build lasting relationships through follow-ups and service reminders while collaborating with dealership teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Daily tasks also include maintaining records, attending training sessions, and participating in dealership events to drive sales and brand loyalty.
What we look for
- Previous sales experience is required.
- We require a valid provincial driver’s license.
- Sales Permit is required for vehicle sales.
- A positive can-do attitude
