**Job Description**:
**Job Purpose**:
The IT Compliance and Governance Analyst ensures that Canada Goose technology related policies and processes are upheld by their involvement in day-to-day operations and governance. This includes activities such as change management, user access reviews and control analysis and reporting.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform periodic IT controls such as but not limited to User Access Reviews, Logical access reviews
- Regularly monitor and follow-up on remediation of IT control deficiencies
- Lead and collaborate with reporting on the effectiveness of the various IT Controls and Audit requests with internal and external audiences
- Maintain and update IT & Cybersecurity security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines
- Assist with the coordination and management of the review and sign-off of relevant reports related to IT Controls such as user access reviews
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity and oversee the Security Awareness Training program
- Review submitted change requests for completeness, integrity, and compliance with process requirements
- Identify and advise of any gaps or areas of improvement within the Change process
- Manage, document and coordinate Change Advisory Board meetings as well as emergency changes
- Lead special projects, as needed
**Experience, Education and Designations**:
- Relevant education in Information Technology, Finance, or relevant experience such as IT Audit or Information Technology General Control (ITGC) testing
- Experience creating and maintaining process documents
- Audit standards and practices such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
- 2+ years experience of experience in IT audit field or experience in related field
- Certifications such as GSNA, CISA, CRISC and CIA preferred
**Knowledge, Skills and Attributes**:
- Expert with Excel
- Knowledge of privacy frameworks including GDPR and CCPA
- Strong organizational, writing, interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Possess excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of change
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- A team player who builds strong relationships based on trust and integrity
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and effectively multi-task
- Embrace continuous improvement by proposing new and/or better ways of doing things
**Working Conditions**:
- Regular business hours, but may require evenings and weekends to complete projects or reports
