Job Offer: Dispatcher & Branch Manager - Fuel Delivery Operations (Bilingual)

We are seeking a conscientious, reliable, and dedicated individual to oversee fuel delivery operations while managing the overall performance and quality of service at our branch. As Dispatcher and Branch Manager, you will coordinate and optimize delivery logistics, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold operational excellence in compliance with industry regulations.

**Responsibilities**

**Dispatching and Logistics**:

- Plan and optimize fuel delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Assign drivers to delivery schedules based on availability and operational needs.
- Monitor delivery intervals to ensure timely service to clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulations related to driving hours and fuel transportation safety.
- Verify that drivers complete required documentation, including:

- Route sheets
- Daily vehicle inspection reports
- Truck and fuel tank inspection records
- Conduct regular follow-ups with drivers and clients to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Collaborate with the team to manage any unexpected issues related to fuel delivery operations.

**Branch Management**:

- Oversee the overall performance of the branch, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
- Monitor and manage branch operations, including staffing, maintenance, and inventory management.
- Lead and mentor branch staff, providing training and support to ensure professional growth and high-quality service.
- Address and resolve complaints from drivers, clients, in a professional and timely manner.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Analyze branch performance metrics and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the branch.
- Oversee and ensure the quality of service for all departments, including the delivery of diesel, lubricants, DEF, and windshield washer fluid.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in dispatching, logistics, or branch management, preferably in the fuel or transportation industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
- In-depth knowledge of regulations regarding driving hours and fuel transportation safety.
- Familiarity with fuel logistics software or tools (an asset).
