**Bridge to Care Inc is a Faith-based Not for Profit Healthcare Organization that provides childcare services to families who have children/young adults/Seniors with physical and mental disabilities.**

**When joining our team, you will work collaboratively and implement strategies to help the clients overcome significant social, cognitive and behavioral challenges. You will have the freedom to propose and design appropriate activities and will work one-on-one with the children in their home environments, as well as public settings when appropriate.We look for unique individuals who have a drive to make a difference in the lives of others.**

**Health Care Aide**:
An individual who provides direct care, personal assistance and support to patients who are ill, elderly or disabled, Your goals are to assist patients with care needs such as daily activities, bathing, grooming, cooking and Medication Administration. Every client is a valuable individual who has different needs and it is important that our staff are flexible to learn and adapt to the unique qualities of each client.

**Qualifications and Skills
- Valuable assets**
- Valid Health Care aide certification
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Valid Criminal Record check with Vulnerable Sectors
- First Aid and CPR level C
- Reliable Vehicle & 2 million liability Insurance
- Plentiful experience and confidence in the care of others
- Expirence with G-Tubes and other medical devices

**Experience with Medication Administration, Lifting, Client screenings, Taking vital signs.**

Knowledge of following Individual support Plans, and continued companion care.

**Salary**: $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
