**Position: Wash & Fold Laundry Professional (Full-Time)What You’ll Do**
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold residential & commercial laundry
- Follow company SOPs for washing, drying, folding, and packaging
- Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail
- Track daily production, lbs processed, and time spent
- Operate commercial washing & drying equipment
- Keep workstations clean and organized throughout the day
- Support team in meeting daily production goals
- Communicate any issues with equipment, stains, or workflow
- Follow health & safety protocols at all times

- **Organized** — keeps workspaces clean and follows systems
- **Team player** — you work well in a small, tight-knit team
- Ability to lift **25-40 lbs** repeatedly
- Previous laundry or production experience is an asset but **not required**

**Hours**

Full-time, scheduled **5 days/week**

Typical shift**:10 AM - 6 PM** (may vary based on daily volume)

**Compensation**
- **$17.85/hour** to start
- **Pay increases every 3 months** based on performance & efficiency
- Potential to grow into **Shift Lead** or **Production Supervisor** roles
