Job Overview: We are seeking a Shop Assistant to join our team. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the daily operations of our shop. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties: - Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop floor - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service - Perform other duties as assigned Experience: - Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, particularly proficiency in English - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Organizational skills to maintain an orderly shop environment - Technical sales knowledge is beneficial - Phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone We offer competitive pay and opportunities for growth within our organization. Pay: $21.73-$22.84 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
