**Technical Sales Specialist - Critical Environments**

  • Working directly with sales representatives, contractors, engineers and owners on providing in office product support, site visit product support, equipment selections, and sales assistance.
  • Training customers in our technical centers, or by travelling throughout our distribution network.
  • Assisting in the development of marketing and software tools.
  • Assisting the R&D department with new product development.
  • Travelling within North America.
  • A College Diploma or University Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • A valid passport and ability to travel to the USA.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization skills, with an eye for detail.
  • A process driven mindset, be self-motivated and demonstrate the ability to take initiative.
  • Aptitude and desire for customer service excellence.
  • A basic understanding of HVAC, mechanical systems and the healthcare industry would be an asset.
  • the ability to work both independently and in a team environment to meet timeline-dependent deliverables.
  • An aptitude with hand tools, ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications.
