**Overview**
**Duties**
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and educational activities
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks while accommodating dietary restrictions
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up after meals and playtime
- Assist with homework and provide educational support as needed
- Implement daily routines that promote healthy habits, including hygiene practices
- Provide care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, ensuring their emotional and physical needs are met
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns
- Foster an environment of learning through outdoor and creative play.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in childcare settings such as babysitting, nannying, daycare, or preschool environments is preferred
- Familiarity with infant care, toddler care, and preschool experience is highly desirable
- Skills in meal preparation and cooking for children are essential
- Knowledge of first aid practices is a plus; certification is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with children and families
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
