**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Conduct routine cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting surfaces as needed.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with safety regulations.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies such as soap and paper towels.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks as required to ensure the facilities are well-maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**
- Must have own vehicle as some jobs are after hours
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and visitors courteously.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
