We are seeking a Flag person to play a vital role in keeping workers, drivers, and pedestrians safe at our construction site in Langford, BC.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Direct traffic safely through and around active work zones
- Set up and take down traffic control devices (signs, cones, barricades)
- Communicate with crew and motorists to ensure a safe flow of traffic
- Monitor site conditions and adjust traffic control as needed
- Always wear and maintain proper PPE
- Follow WorkSafeBC and Ministry of Transportation regulations
- Perform labourer work as required when no flagging work is needed

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a construction labourer or flagger
- Valid BCCSA Traffic Control Person (TCP) Certification - REQUIRED
- Previous experience is an asset, but not required
- Physically fit & able to work outdoors in all weather
- Clear communication skills & a strong commitment to safety
