**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and engage with children in a variety of activities that promote learning and development.
- Educate children on basic life skills, social interactions, and emotional regulation.
- Implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities that encourage creativity and curiosity.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for all children in your care.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Collect data on children's development and behavior to inform future programming.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to childcare operations as needed.
- Lead group activities that foster teamwork, cooperation, and leadership skills among children.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in childcare or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide children effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for public speaking and engaging with both children and parents.
- Ability to manage projects related to educational programming or events.
- Proficiency in data collection methods to track children's progress.
- A passion for educating young minds and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Administrative skills to assist with daily operations of the childcare setting.
- Ability to market programs or events effectively within the community.
