Choice Financial is a growing mortgage brokerage based in Toronto, dedicated to providing exceptional service and innovative mortgage solutions to our clients. We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team part-time and help us elevate our online presence.

As the Social Media Manager at Choice Financial, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategies to enhance our brand and engage our audience. Your role will include:

- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Research, plan, write, edit, create, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok YouTube).
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
- Create visually appealing graphics and videos to support social media posts.
- **Strategy Development and Implementation**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
- Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Foster and grow our online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and building relationships with key influencers and partners.
- Manage and moderate user-generated content.
- **Competitive Analysis**:

- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Keep an eye on industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to social media performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and AI tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and engaging content.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus.
