Nail Salon Manager

We are looking to hire a full-time Salon Manager to help oversee the daily operations of an established and growing nail salon Our ideal Manager is positive and upbeat, customer service oriented with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering quality service 100% of the time.

Leadership qualities are a major asset as you will be leading our team of nail technicians to maintain the gold service standard our clients love and expect. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must as you will be responsible for fulfilling any role within the salon at any given time. Also, the Salon Manager will be the go-to authority for issues that may arise in day-to-day operations with customers or nail techs.

Responsibilities and Duties include:

- Performing our line of services including manicures (gel polish & regular), pedicures, etc.
- Ensuring nail technicians are providing quality service and mentoring/guiding them when necessary
- Welcoming walk-ins and answering questions about services
- Processing transactions/dealing with customer concerns
- Tracking and ordering supplies on a monthly basis
- Opening/closing the salon when needed

Required experience is at least 4 years as a nail technician or 1-2 years in a managerial role. If you think you are a great fit for this position, we'd love to hear from you

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
