**Hiring: Personal Support Worker (PSW) - Vaughan, Ontario**

**About the Role**
BarWell Care is looking for a caring and dependable Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our team in Georgina. This position involves supporting individuals in their homes with daily personal care, household tasks, and companionship, ensuring they can live safely and independently.

**Key Responsibilities**
**In this role, you will**:
Household management.

Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

Provide social interaction, emotional support, and companionship.

Support clients with safe mobility, transfers, and light exercise activities.

Prepare balanced meals that meet individual dietary needs.

Maintain a tidy and safe home environment through cleaning and housekeeping.

Offer reminders and support with medications as directed.

Work alongside families and healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care.

**What We’re Looking For**
Current PSW certification (required).

Recent Vulnerable Sector Check.

First Aid/CPR certification.

2-3 professional references.

Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home care is considered an asset.

A background in caring for seniors or individuals with disabilities/injuries.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to caregiving.
