Bakery/coffee Shop Manager

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Baking and cooking daily
- Cleaning and organizing
- Track inventory and place orders

- Train, mentor, and schedule staff to maintain high levels of performance.
- Maintain food safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure availability.
- Handle cashier duties
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality and consistency.
- Implement time management strategies to enhance efficiency during peak hours.
- Be willing to work in any department at any time to make sure the daily operation of the place goes smoothly amd efficiently.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for patrons.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Proficiency in cashiering
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.

This is a very demanding position that requires a lot of good character. You must be able to work well with customers and the community and must be able to lead staff in an uplifting manner while also maintaining efficiency. We are looking for someone that will lead by example. This means you will have to be willing to work every position and do every task if needed.
