We are currently seeking a qualified couple to join our team as Residential Caretakers at one of our buildings in Winnipeg, specifically for Markham Place at 2295 Pembina Highway.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Managing tenant concerns and maintenance requests
- Showing suites, move ins and move outs
- Small general maintenance repairs
- Requesting work orders and supervising trades
- Building cleaning including washing, sweeping, carpet cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing and other general cleaning duties
- Minor grounds upkeep, including outside litter pick-up, weeding, shoveling and maintaining the integrity and compliance of the waste programs
- Walk the property daily and inspect the building, parking lot, parkade and common areas
- Other duties as assigned
- A minimum of 2+ years proven experience as a Residential Caretaker or Assistant Caretaker
- Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to allot time effectively and work under pressure
- Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to adapt to change
- Self-motivated with a professional work ethic and the ability to take direction and work with mínimal supervision
- Ensures work standards and deadlines are met with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Superior customer service with the ability to exercise interpersonal and conflict resolution skills when dealing with the resident population
- Must have the ability to work extended hours as necessary to complete job duties

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are an asset.
