Sage is looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our growing Performance Marketing team in North America, supporting demand generation efforts across verticals for Sage Intacct.

You’ll also support campaign quality assurance (QA) and data entry in Salesforce to ensure campaign performance can be accurately tracked and attributed. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to campaign execution and operations, while building a strong foundation in B2B marketing at a global SaaS company.

Location: Hybrid; 3 days per week from our Toronto office:
Minimum Qualifications:

- 2 years of experience in a marketing support, coordination, or campaign execution role.
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities across stakeholders.
- You’re comfortable working with spreadsheets, campaign data, or tracking components—even if you’re still learning how to analyze them.
- You take initiative, communicate clearly, and enjoy being part of a collaborative, fast-moving team.
- Bonus: Exposure to B2B marketing or campaign operations is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the execution of demand generation campaigns targeting new customer acquisition across key verticals.
- Collaborate with teams in marketing automation, paid media, integrated campaigns, and optimization to ensure accurate campaign setup and alignment.
- Manage campaign tracking inputs in Salesforce, including form scores, gate IDs, content naming, and other metadata, to ensure clean attribution.
- Assist with the quality assurance and testing of campaign components, including links, forms, UTM parameters, and formatting.
- Support the coordination and promotion of sales and marketing events (webinars, trade shows, virtual events), including list pulls, tracking, and follow-up workflows.
- Participate in regular campaign reviews to help identify opportunities for optimization and improved execution.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role. For this role, in those locations, the target base salary range for new hires is C$60,000 to C$75,000. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in a bonus plan (15%) based on company and individual performance. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities on our bonus or incentive programs. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
