**OVERVIEW**

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Establishing a climate of trust for doing business with target customers
- Knowing and recommending the categories of agricultural products and services
- Developing business plans with customers
- Pursuing and obtaining new customer business
- Ensuring the maintenance of product integrity by advising customers on how to produce, isolate, handle and store stocks
- Attending all technical meetings and training sessions
- Making credit requests and line-of-credit review requests for new customers and submit them (annually)
- Collaborating in the collection of customer accounts
- Communicating relevant information and sharing expertise with colleagues
- Popularizing technical information with customers
- Particiting Precision Agriculture development
- Performing any other tasks required

**HARD SKILLS**
- **Education**:Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy or college diploma in Agricultural Technology
- **Experience**: Significant experience in representation and sales
- **Other Qualifications**: Member of the CCA is a plus

- Efficient oral and written communication skills
- Analytical capacities and a synthesis-oriented mind
- Ability to influence and convince others to initiate required changes
