**All applicants**_**MUST**_ **possess**:

- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Skid Steer Abilities:

- Load/unload trailer
- Spread & load soils and aggregates
- Final grading
- Own transportation to shop (we are not on a bus route)

**Following are an asset**:

- Ability to drive a class 5 dump truck
- Ability to pull a class 5 trailer
- Class 1 or 3 driver's license
- Experience with different skidsteer attachments
- Ability to operate an excavator
- Rough Grading Experience

**Operator position duties**:

- Receiving daily direction from your Foreman and helping your Foreman to meet daily operational goals.
- Operating a John Deere or Bobcat skidsteer with tracks or tires to spread soil and aggregates. Moving around trees with attachment and installing the trees.
- As the Crew Machine Operator you will be part of our mentorship program that includes training for advancement, annual performance & development goal setting, participation in our off-season supplementary income program and our weekly scorecard feedback bonus system.
- When not operating a machine, Landscaping duties can include laying fabric & installing edging, installing site furnishings, trees and shrubs.
- 50 hours per week (Monday to Friday). Optional overtime available.
