**Responsibilities**
- Assist in concrete finishing, including pouring, leveling, and smoothing surfaces.
- Dig trenches and prepare sites for concrete forming and paving operations.
- Operate heavy equipment as needed, including loaders and other machinery.
- Support concrete forming activities by building and setting up forms for concrete pours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned, including lifting materials and assisting skilled tradespeople.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in concrete finishing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to dig, pave, and perform physical labor tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance is beneficial.
- Valid commercial driving license is an advantage for transporting materials or equipment.
- Loader operation experience is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
