We are offering a position for a Shop Helper. We are open to apprenticeship opportunities if you are a good fit and put the effort to move forward in the trades.

Things you can expect to see in the shop:

- Welding, mainly stick and mig.
- Mechanical teardowns. This is the disassembling of hydraulic cylinders to inspect what repairs are needed.
- General Machining. This includes threading, turning & boring of new cylinder rods, barrels, glands & pistons.

Qualities that may make you a good fit:

- Attention to detail (We love learning as you work).
- Ability to discuss any difficulties you have learning so we can adjust training to suit your needs.
- Clean & organized work areas.
- Pride in your work.
- Mechanical knowledge.

Job Tasks:

- Cleaning the job site
- Loading & unloading cylinders
- Cleaning cylinders
- Working with varsol, xylene & typical household cleaners.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
