We are looking for a skilled Systems Integrator Intermediate who will be responsible for integration and maintenance of complex systems, contributing to the efficiency, functionality, and reliability
**Responsibilities**:
**Self-Directed Work**:- A capable Systems Integrator requires mínimal management oversight, as they are able to independently manage their tasks and responsibilities effectively. They possess the initiative and drive to identify and address integration challenges proactively.
- **Leadership and Supervision**:
- They are capable of leading and supervising others, indicating not only technical expertise but also strong interpersonal and communication skills. This allows them to collaborate with team members, delegate tasks when necessary, and provide guidance and support to junior colleagues.
- **Decision Making**:
- They have the autonomy to make decisions independently within their area of expertise. Whether it involves technical choices, project planning, or problem-solving, they demonstrate sound judgment and decisiveness.
- **Development and Modification**:
- **Design and Implementation**:
- They design supplementary programs to interface with existing systems, facilitate data loading during system start-up, and fulfill any special reporting requirements. This involves understanding the existing architecture and requirements to design solutions that integrate seamlessly with the current environment.
- **Coding, Testing, and Documentation**:
- They are proficient in coding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs. This ensures that the solutions they develop are robust, reliable, and well-documented for future reference and maintenance.
- **Experience Level**:
- Typically, a Systems Integrator in this role has two to five years of programming experience. While relatively junior in terms of experience, they are capable of handling complex tasks and projects under the guidance of senior team members or project managers.
- **Collaborative Work Environment**:
- While they are capable of working independently, they also work well within a team environment, collaborating with senior integrators, project managers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality solutions.
