**Access Control**: Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.

**Surveillance**: Monitor security cameras and alarms, and conduct regular patrols of the premises.

**Visitor Management**: Greet and assist visitors, verify identification, issue visitor passes, and direct them to the appropriate destinations.

**Incident Response**: Respond to security incidents, medical emergencies, and alarms promptly and effectively. Coordinate with emergency services when necessary. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate logs of all security-related activities, incidents, and visitor entries.

**Communication**: Communicate effectively with building management, tenants, and security personnel regarding security concerns and incidents.

**Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional manner.

**Policy Enforcement**: Enforce building policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.

**Reporting**: Prepare and submit detailed reports on security incidents, breaches, and daily activities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is required.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional security training or certifications are a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong observational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in using security equipment and technology.
- **Licensing**: Must possess and maintain any necessary security licenses or certifications required by local regulations.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

**Work Environment**:

- This position operates in a professional office environment.
- The role may require occasional evening or weekend work depending on the needs of the organization.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
