**Hours/Shift**:40-60 hours per week

**Wage**:$16/hr

**Solstice Greenhouse** is the newest addition to The Star Group. This 20 acre facility utilizes LED technology to produce delicious strawberries year round. Situated in Delta, BC where light and temperature levels are ideal for strawberry production, we innovate with growing technologies and trial new genetics from around the globe to produce the best berries.

**Focus**

Looking for a dedicated individual with a positive attitude that can follow directions, is good at communicating, and is passionate about berries.

**Key Attributes and Skills**
- Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills
- Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Harvest crops
- Examine produce for quality and prepare for market
- Ability to follow instructions and retain training information
- Ability to focus on a single task for extended periods of time
- Remain focused while performing repetitive functions

**Education and Experience**:

- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Greenhouse experience would be considered an asset but is not required

**Working Conditions**
- Hours may be irregular and in excess of 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week
- Must have a flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
- Repetitive tasks
