Qc Inspector

We are currently looking for a Full Time QC Inspector with CWB Level 2 certification for QC requirements **for a shutdown in CNRL, Fort Mc.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all ITP stages are followed and complied with.
- Pipe spool fabrication inspection and release.
- Read piping isometrics, GA's and PID's.
- Knowledge of ASME, ABSA, and CSA codes and standards.
- Material receiving inspection and verification.
- Maintaining the welder qualification record.
- Monitoring welding and carrying out final weld visual inspection.
- Verifying all NDT completion releasing the piping for the hydro test.
- Witness hydro tests.
- Final piping reinstatement inspection and witnessing applicable bolt torque.
- Experience with weld mapping and as-built drawings.
- Flange face inspection.
- Hydrotest package development.
- Turnover binder review and completion.

**Requirements**:

- CWB Level 2 certification with 5+ years of experience.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle a multitude of tasks.
- Good computer skills, especially in the use of MS Office.
- Self-motivated, organized and able to work in a high-pressure deadline-driven environment.
- Understands Quality Inspection Procedures, Tools and Equipment

**For this Employment we are hiring both Employees and Sub-Contractors.**

**Fly-in, Fly-out from Edmonton and Calgary is provided.**

Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 60 - 80 per week

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
