**After Hours Host**

**About The Role**

**Due to hugely successful year on year growth we are looking to expand our After Hours Hosting team in Toronto.**

In this role you will use your mix of customer service and relationship building skills to manage a portfolio of valued players, ensuring they have a great experience playing our games.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Manage a portfolio of valued player accounts, with the objective of retaining and growing their spend, alongside developing them into Chumba Casino advocates
- Responsible for delivering the pinnacle of professional service to these players
- You'll work within budgets for player bonuses and events, whilst also working with purchase and revenue targets
- Liaise with Marketing and Customer Service teams to optimize communications with players

**What you will bring to the role**:

- As well as exceptional customer service skills we are looking for a natural communicator who always aims to impress
- Your warm nature will quickly build rapport and respect with your valued customers
- Casino product experience is not essential, we favor spark and attitude over a work experience wish list
- Ability to work out of typical office hours (evenings and rotating weekends) in a remote capacity
