**What You’ll Do**

As a Home Organization Design and Sales Specialist, you’ll be pivotal in delivering an exceptional customer experience, from the initial consultation to the final design. Responsibilities include:

- **Client Consultations**: Meet with homeowners to understand their organizational challenges and style preferences.
- **Custom Designs**: Use your creativity (and our design software) to craft tailored solutions that maximize function and beauty.
- **Sales Excellence**: Present solutions in a way that leaves clients excited and ready to invest in their dream space.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our expert installation team to ensure designs are flawlessly executed.
- **Customer Service**: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: At least 3+ years in design and sales, preferably in home organization, interior design, or a related field.
- **Creativity**: A flair for design and a strong sense of aesthetics. Experience with design software is a plus.
- **Sales Savvy**: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets while building genuine client connections.
- **Customer Focus**: A friendly, professional approach that puts clients at ease.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues while maintaining independence.
- **Organization**: Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
