**Where does the **_Jr. IT / Security Support _**fit in?**

The Jr. IT/Security Support will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to the production floor staff and hardware. You will also research and analyse feasibility of emerging technology platforms.

**What you can expect as our next **_Jr. IT / Security Support_**:

- Be hands-on with the monitoring, maintenance with devices including PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals etc.
- Provide technical support to internal employees and train non-technical staff on internal information systems.
- Responsible for new user onboarding. Set up equipment, accounts as well as training if required.
- Complete hourly checks of IT Systems on the Plant floor
- Printer service and maintenance
- Assist as needed in projects through the scoping, planning, execution, and implementation
- Provide support during off hours to support the IT teams shifts
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation on standard procedures including instructions and pictures/diagrams
- Take ownership of all assigned tickets and drive to resolution; researching and escalating to vendor or supervisor as necessary
- Create and enforce Axiom IT policies, procedures and best practices
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and the potential effectiveness of these advancements on current systems
- Manage Cyber Security Awareness training platform, create campaigns for employees
- Simulated phishing testing, reporting, identifying high-risk individuals for retraining
- Other duties as assigned

PRE-REQUISITES:

- Completed OR In pursuit of College/University Diploma/Degree in the field of Computer Science, IT or equivalent working experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated individual
- Ability to multi task as required
- Excellent organizational skills
- Flexible working hours
