Supervisor - Tire and Lube Technician

665892 Ont. Inc. O/A Jiffy lube is looking for a Supervisor Lube Technician. This eager and motivated supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment improving their technicians’ skills and helping to improve the team around them.

You should have a minimum of 1-year experience working as a supervisor, or in a leading role, in the fast lube or automotive repair environment.

You should also be familiar in assisting management with reports and other administrative duties.

We provide all the training necessary to reach your goals, just bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

You will begin your training learning our systems of performing lube, oil, and oil filter changes as a team. The team training includes Hood Technician, Tire Technician, Lower-Level Technician and Personal Service Advisor. As a concurrent activity you will assist the Store Manager with Administrative Duties.

Once you complete the training above you will be trained as a supervisor and learn our system of vehicle flow and floor control.

As a supervisor you will help grow your team and learn many new skills that will help you grow.

**Wage Range - $20.00 to $23.00 - performance bonuses are available**

**Graduated training raises will be issued during 6 month training**

**Must be available for 5 shifts in a 7-day schedule.**

**Weekends are a must and are rotated fairly.**

They will include such duties as:

- Opening and Closing the store
- Performing Vehicle Maintenance as a member of the team
- Maintaining Inventory
- Health and Safety representative
- Training New Staff and assessments
- Assist other Supervisors and Managers with other duties
