**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Executive to oversee administrative and operational functions within our construction firm. This role requires a professional with strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with construction project workflows. The Construction Executive will serve as a key point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth project coordination and office management.

**Duties**
- Manage administrative operations through **our operating program** (training provided)
- Prepare and issue **construction contracts** and client documentation through **our operating program**:

- Maintain and reconcile financial records in **QuickBooks Online**, including invoices, HST remittances, expenses, and payroll support
- Assist in coordinate scheduling of staff, subcontractors, and client projects
- Source and order materials or products as needed for active jobs
- Assist the two owners with executive tasks — scheduling, follow-ups, travel, and communication management
- Manage employee reimbursements, timesheets, and payroll coordination
- Track budgets, receipts, and other operational documentation
- Watch and implement training materials related to JobTread and other software systems to improve efficiency
- Support the broader operations of the company with general administrative duties

**Experience**
- Previous office experience in a construction or related industry preferred but not required.
- Proven clerical or administrative experience demonstrating proficiency in data entry, filing, and document proofreading.
- Familiarity with construction project management tools or software is a plus.
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping tasks is a must.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, and multi-line phone systems is essential. This role offers an opportunity to be an integral part of our construction team by ensuring efficient office operations while supporting project success through excellent administrative support.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
