**STEM Instructor Job Description**
**Hiring for Toronto, York Region, Durham Region & Peel Region**

Creative Club Global is on a mission to make STEM education exciting, hands-on, and engaging With over 14 years of experience, we deliver interactive **STEM-based programs** using **LEGO®, robotics, and engineering concepts** to schools across the Greater Toronto Area. Our programs encourage creativity, problem-solving, and a love for science and technology.
As we expand, we’re looking for passionate **STEM Instructors** to join our team Whether you’re a teacher, STEM student, engineer, or simply love inspiring kids through interactive learning, we’d love to have you on board
**Position Highlights**:
- **Role**: STEM Instructor using LEGO®, Robotics, and hands-on STEM activities
- **Schedule**: 2+ hours per day, Monday to Friday (More hours available)
- **New** After-School Programs in Peel Region starting at 3 PM, Tuesdays - Thursdays
- **Additional Opportunities**: In-class STEM workshops, after-school programs, family STEM nights, weekend festivals, and events
- **Duration**: School year from October to May
- **Compensation**: Competitive rates
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Deliver **STEM-based educational activities** for students during lunchtime, after-school, and in-class workshops
- Teach hands-on **LEGO®, robotics, and engineering** concepts in an engaging and interactive way
- Create a **fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment** for students
- Guide students in problem-solving and teamwork during STEM challenges
- Set up and clean up program materials before and after sessions
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to support learning
- Communicate with management regarding program updates and improvements
- Maintain accurate attendance records and activity logs
**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Preferred**: Previous experience in education, STEM instruction, tutoring, or youth programs
**Background in STEM fields** (Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related) is an asset
**Strong communication and interpersonal skills** to engage students effectively
**Hands-on experience with LEGO®, robotics, coding, or STEM-based activities** is an advantage
**Creative, energetic, and patient** when working with children
**Ability to work independently and as part of a team**
**Access to a vehicle is required** for travel between school locations
**Mandatory police background check upon hiring**
