Couples Counsellor

**Position**:

- Part-Time Practitioner (In person and Virtual Sessions)

**Job Type**:

- Part-time: 5 hours in person at the office and 5 hours virtually
- Fixed-term contract

**Compensation**:

- $95 to $140 per session, based on skills and experience

**Schedule**:

- Available 5 hours in person at the office and 5 hours virtual sessions each week.
- Flexible scheduling Monday through Sunday, with weekend options available as needed or preferred.

**Educational & Professional Requirements**:

- **Education**: A Master’s degree in Marriage/Couple and Family Therapy, Counselling Psychology, Psychotherapy, or a related field is required
- **Registration**: Must be a fully registered member in good standing with the Ontario College of Psychotherapists(RP) or OSWSSW

**Experience**:

- A minimum of **5**years of experience in therapy for adolescents, individuals, **couples, families**and LGBTQIA2S clients.

**Insurance**:

- Proof of liability insurance is required

**Skills & Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage client records and information
- Demonstrate strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
- Capable of addressing a variety of client issues
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Be prompt, flexible, and responsible in managing client needs
- Responsible for clients, with a strong work ethic and values

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $95.00-$140.00 per hour
