**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist customers with merchandising inquiries and product selection
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor while ensuring merchandise is well-displayed
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, employing excellent phone etiquette
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage inventory and stock levels effectively

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, especially in English
- Familiarity with technology sales and product demos is a plus
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective customer interaction
- Basic math skills required for transaction processing and cash handling
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Time management skills are crucial for balancing multiple tasks efficiently
