**CONSTRUCTION MANAGER**

**Role Summary**

The Construction Manager is responsible for both Residential and Commercial Properties.

**Responsibilities**

Oversee Capital Projects

Manage commercial tenant build outs

Manage residential unit turns

Scheduling trades for all jobs

Oversee all construction jobs, existing and new builds

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones as well as monitor progress against established schedules.

Supervise the activities of subcontractors and employees.

Managing project execution by providing direction to the project team, appropriately scheduling time and acting as main point of contact between internal and external project teams. Keep projects on track by regular review of schedule, progress, and performance

Provide the overall administrative direction for multiple projects

Accountability for project performance including costs, schedule, quality, and project status

Maintaining an excellent relationship with subcontractors, suppliers, and tenants.

Complete job start-up tasks

Coordinate and organize materials.

Ensure timely invoicing of projects, timely review and approval of invoices or invoice reports, and timely and accurate assembly of monthly accruals

Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations are followed.

Other duties as assigned
