**ABOUT PARKBRIDGE**:
Given the rising costs of real estate, home ownership is quickly becoming out-of-reach for many Canadians. Parkbridge is one of the few companies that offers a solution. We are Canada’s leading owner, operator, and developer of residential and recreational land lease communities. Our business model offers our customers the advantages of home or cottage ownership without the expense of purchasing the land. This fills a gap in the real estate market between rental and freehold.

Being fully-owned by BCImc, one of Canada’s leading asset managers, and working closely with QuadReal, we are stable and well-capitalized. Our current portfolio consists of almost 100 communities throughout Canada. We have a mandate for sizable growth within the coming years.
