Are you a passionate and knowledgeable Naturopath seeking an opportunity to empower individuals to achieve optimal health and well-being? We are a new multi-disciplinary clinic seeking a dedicated and experienced Naturopath to join our integrative healthcare team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate their medical history, lifestyle, and health goals.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on naturopathic principles and evidence-based practices, considering the individual's unique needs and preferences.
- Utilize a variety of natural therapies and treatments, such as herbal medicine, nutrition, acupuncture, and lifestyle counseling to support clients' healing processes.
- Offer guidance on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other lifestyle modifications to enhance clients' overall well-being.
- Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor clients' progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support and education to promote self-care and empowerment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including health histories, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
- Stay updated with the latest research, developments, and best practices in naturopathic medicine and complementary therapies.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Naturopathy from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid license/certification as a Naturopath or the ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe.
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
- Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to healthcare.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
- Current First-Aid & CPR certification.
