**JOB DUTIES**
- Perform visual checks of store (inside and outside)
- Read communication book and resolve any major issues immediately
- Confirm daily sales and paperwork
- Tracks and follows up on sales variances
- Assist manager in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees
- Assist manager in motivating and coaching staff
- Abide by all policies, procedures, operational guidelines, and government regulations
