MVP Mortgage Solutions (external division), powered by Cannect Inc. Lic 13079, is recruiting full-time Mortgage Agents and Mortgage Brokers to join our dynamic team.

You will have the opportunity to be mentored by an Award Winning Mortgage Professional with 18 years of mortgage industry experience consisting of a lending and mortgage brokering background. We pride ourselves in educating our clients and staff with complete transparency, honesty and integrity.

Role Requirements:

- Must be compliant, holding an active Mortgage Agent/Broker license through the regulator FSRA.
- Minimum of 2 years of financial industry experience
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Must have an entrepreneurial mindset
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- A self-starter who can work independently.
- Must be highly motivated, driven and goal-oriented
- Ability to cold call and network for new leads externally.
- Maintain a strong partnership with your realtor, financial advisors and other referral partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients in developing strategies during purchase, refinance and renewal transactions.
- Maintain a respectful and strong relationship with mortgage lenders and insurers

**Benefits**:

- 100% commission (Base + Volume Bonus) provided.
- Commission splits will be negotiated based on experience and history of past volumes funded. Tier commission splits are available.

- We provided you with 100% ownership of your direct leads. Should you ever choose to depart from the brokerage, your direct leads will be released.

- Access to our investment division, Cannect Mortgage Investments (MIC) -Lic 12156

**Salary**: $25,000.00-$500,000.00 per year
