**Responsibilities**
- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client preferences
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries, and handling retail sales transactions
- Promote and upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and drive sales
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide clients with current options

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proficient in various hair styling techniques and trends
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive salon experience for all clients
- Experience in front desk operations within a salon or retail environment is preferred
- Ability to perform retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to promote additional services or products
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene in the salon
