As current practitioner schedules are filled up and with plenty of more treatment rooms available, our busy clinic is back into full hiring mode.

If you are a registered massage therapist (RMT) specializing in Traditional Thai Massage and looking to expand your practice in the West Queen West community of downtown Toronto, take a look at our upcoming opportunity. Our practitioners have an over 80% retention rate and RMTs are booked at 98% capacity (so no need to recruit clients, we have plenty waiting)

City Wellness is currently seeking to hire an RMT who wishes to work in a team setting at a multidisciplinary health clinic. We currently offer Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Chiropractic care, Naturopathic care, Osteopathy, Psychotherapy & Massage. Our typical clientele live in the neighborhood, maintain an active lifestyle and range in their 20s-40s.

The semi-private Thai Massage treatment rooms are beautifully decorated with a thick Japanese floor mat. There’s admin staff on location to handle calls, bookings, payment, laundry etc. Clients have the option to book online through JaneApp and direct bill their insurance. Gratuities are accepted. Cancellation policy is in place. Supplies are included (linens, lotion, cleaning products). Charting is done via JaneApp. Biweekly payroll, invoicing prepared by clinic.
- Additionally we offer free weekly 3-hour Thai Massage workshops to staff on Tuesdays with our Senior Thai Massage practitioner :) _

**TASKS**:

- Prepare treatment room
- Greet client and review intake (symptoms, medical history, treatment goals, consent, etc)
- Bring client to the treatment room, assess, perform treatment
- Create a treatment plan including home exercise program
- Clean treatment room post-session and keep everything tidy
- Document session on JaneApp according to CMTO standards.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Licensed and in good standing with the CMTO
- Insured under professional liability
- Must be able to perform five massages per shift

**COMPENSATION**:

- Split % / Independent contractor
- Tip

**HOURS**:

- Part-time or full-time
- Morning shift 8am-2:30pm / Evening shift 2:30 pm-9pm
- Open 7 days a week
