Industriel) Type of employment: Temporary (4 months), full time Hybrid mode : 3 days at the office et 2 days remotely Reporting to the Senior Payroll Manager, the Payroll Analyst will be in charge of the year-end analysis following an acquisition for a mandate of approximately 4 months. **WHAT** **YOU WILL DO** - Balancing the staffing - Work in collaboration with Human Resources - Verify the accuracy of employee profiles in Workday at the time of their creation - Create special earnings/deduction codes - Review configuration of earnings and deductions - Balance register totals with imported balances - Balance deductions at source (DAS) - Preview year-end data - Other related tasks - WHAT YOU'LL NEED **Experience** **and Education**: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar position. In-depth knowledge of payroll processing and year-end balancing with high T4/RL-1 volume, in a company of 5000 employees or more. - Thorough knowledge of Atlantic Province payroll legislation. - DEC in accounting. - CPA accreditation. **Software**: - Experience with Workday. - Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel ("VLOOKUP", "XLOOKUP", PivotTable), Word, PowerPoint and Outlook). **Language skills**: - Fluently bilingual, spoken and written. **Other skills**: - Excellent in-depth analytical skills. Ability to detect numerical errors and research and problem-solving skills. - Excellent stress and priority management skills. - Ability to meet tight deadlines. - Demonstrate versatility, autonomy and confidentiality in handling files. - Ability to work as part of a team. - Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
