**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning tools and products
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to ensure safety and appearance
- Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch surfaces to meet health standards
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials to ensure readiness for guests or residents
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing specific cleaning requests and responding promptly to guest or resident needs
- Manage janitorial tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines

**Skills**
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning environments
- Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and proper cleaning procedures
- Ability to perform floor care including carpet cleaning and maintenance of various flooring types
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience with laundry operations and custodial responsibilities
- Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
