**Responsibilities**: As a Fiber Optic Splicing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of fiber optic splicing activities within Metro Infrastructure projects. Your primary duties will include:

- **Project Leadership**: Lead and coordinate fiber optic splicing projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- **Team Management**: Supervise a team of skilled splicing technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve project goals.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards in fiber optic splicing.
- **Technical Expertise**: Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of splicing operations.
- **Resource Management**: Effectively allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize project outcomes.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of fiber optic splicing activities into overall project timelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Fiber Optic Splicing Manager or in a similar leadership role within the telecommunications industry.
- In-depth knowledge of fiber optic splicing techniques, equipment, and industry standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of technicians.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Relevant certifications and training in fiber optic splicing.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in fiber optic splicing and 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
