**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon and workstations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and managing client records as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with the best service possible.
- Foster a positive atmosphere by building strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong skills in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in upselling services and retail products is preferred.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations.
- A valid cosmetology license is required.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
