- Engage with clients to understand their unique aesthetic goals and recommend tailored treatments.
- Develop thorough treatment strategies including lasers, skincare, and various aesthetic procedures to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Skillfully perform a range of medical aesthetic treatments including lasers, facials, and body contouring procedures
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in medical aesthetics
- Uphold a clean and organized workspace, strictly adhering to safety and hygiene protocols for a secure and welcoming environment.
- Foster strong connections with clients, providing continuous support and guidance throughout their aesthetic journey.
- Work closely with the Medical Director and team members to maintain a high standard of service and coordinated patient care.
- Capture and submit consented before & after photos, following GraceMed’s policies & procedures to showcase the transformative outcomes.

What you will bring along:

- Certification in medical aesthetics from a recognized program
- Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in a luxury, customer-focused Medical Aesthetician role, preferably in a medical spa or similar upscale environment.
- Experience with providing medical aesthetic treatments and services including but not limited to Laser, Energy devices, Facials, IPL’s, Microneedling, Microneedling with PRP and VISIA
- Knowledge and experience of medical grade skin care brands
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to influence and sell service with openness and honesty.
- Proven track record of high performance, meeting monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Proficiency and comfort with using technology and software such as EMR, PMS (Patient Management Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to conduct treatment efficiently and effectively.**Part-Time Position - Weekends are required
